1.  What is the value of each point and where can I earn and redeem them?

  • Each point is worth Rs. 1

  • Points can be earned or redeemed at store (AND, Global Desi, AND Girl, Global Desi Girl & Itse Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) or online (www.andindia.com & www.globaldesi.in (all brand under entity Ochre and Black Pvt. Ltd.)


2.  What are Tier wise benefits?

3.  How does my tier retention/upgrade/downgrade work for me?

  • All you need to do to retain/upgrade your current tier is shop at the store or online. Your spends*, at the end of 12 months of your membership status will be taken into account to retain/upgrade your membership.

If you do not meet the Tier retention criteria at the end of 12 months, you will be moved to the previous lower Tier.

4.   When do my points expire?

     Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last purchase.

5.  How can I check my Points Balance, Current Tier & Discount Voucher details?
You can login to your membership account by clicking on below links or else post creating account you can check status.

6.  How many points can I redeem in 1 order?

     You can redeem as low as 1 point during your shopping in store or online.

7.  Is there a limit to the number of loyalty points I can use in one transaction?

     No, you can redeem all your points at once during your shopping in store or online.

8.  How do I update my personal information?
    You can login to your membership account by clicking on below links or else post creating account you can check status.

9.  When do I get my Birthday/Anniversary discount?
       Update your DOB/Anniversary Date against your profile before 30 days with 1 transaction of Non discounted product

  • You will receive a communication via SMS or Email which will have your unique discount coupon code which entitles you to a 20% discount.

  • This communication is sent 15 days before your birthday date & anniversary date.

  • This coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • ▪ Your mobile number should be updated in our system

10.  Can I redeem Birthday discount & Anniversary discount coupon in the same month?
       Yes. Birthday & Anniversary discount coupons can be redeemed in the same month. In fact, both can be redeemed on same day itself, but it cannot be in a single bill. One coupon can only be redeemed on one single bill, in store or online.

11.  Can I redeem my Loyalty points along with Birthday/Anniversary discount?
       Yes, loyalty points can be redeemed along with Birthday/Anniversary discount.

12.  Can I redeem my points during the End of Season Sale?
       Yes, you can redeem your points during the End of Season Sale.

13.  Can I redeem my points on a discounted product?
       Yes, you can redeem your points on a discounted product.
