With respect to items sold on andindia.com, we charge online payment before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

Shipping in India

We use premium courier services such as Blue Dart and Delhivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery is expected within 4–5 business days from dispatch (depending on your location). The estimated delivery time may vary with each order.

Free shipping is available across India for orders above ₹1500, while a standard fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this threshold.

We aim to keep every item listed on our website in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within two business days and issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Order Consolidation –

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance requirements. Shipping charges will apply to each new order (if it does not qualify for free shipping).

We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or courier company–related delays in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you informed in case of any unexpected delay with your order.

International Shipping

Important Update:
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, additional tariffs and customs duties may apply to orders shipped to the United States. These charges are not included in the product prices displayed on our website. Any additional tariff, duty, or tax imposed by U.S. customs will be borne by the customer and payable at the time of delivery, as determined by the respective authorities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we comply with the latest international trade requirements.

We ship internationally via DHL and Aramex.

International orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India. Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, although delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.

For international orders, free shipping is available on purchases over USD 150. For orders below USD 150, a shipping fee of USD 30 applies.

Due to the nature of international shipping and the increase in international tariff rates, customers may occasionally have to pay additional import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches their country. The majority of orders will not incur additional fees; however, we are unable to predict when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be applied.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our delivery partners to handle customs clearance and deliver your goods to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our delivery partner for import duties and taxes, these must be paid directly at the time of delivery. andindia.com takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in cases where such taxes and duties are not accepted or settled by the recipient, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship jewellery to international addresses. International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or alterations.

Important Information

Order cut-off times serve as guidelines, with orders typically processed within 24 hours. During sale periods, processing may extend up to 72 hours. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are meant to be used as a guide; delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination.

Please note that orders cannot be redirected to a different address once dispatched. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if such details are provided in the shipping address. In case of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, andindia.com will not be liable for any refund or additional charges to re-attempt delivery. Such orders will be considered abandoned by the courier company.

In-Store Pick Up

Your order can be collected at your convenience from the selected store within 2–4 working days.

Collected orders can be returned either online or in-store using our standard returns process. To use this service, select the ‘In-Store Pick Up’ option at checkout and choose your preferred store from the list.

You will receive an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection. Your order will remain in-store for 10 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

The Terms of Use will continue to apply until terminated by Website as set forth below. Website may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or anyway otherwise acted unethically.

If Website terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Website may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Website will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

All of Andindia orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address via our delivery partner. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied.

In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our delivery partner to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.

If you are presented with an invoice from our delivery partner for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery. Andindia takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Andindia will accept the product returns free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to fill out a Returns form which is available on the website in order details and returns slab. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original source of payment or as gift voucher as per your preference. In case of refunds to gift vouchers, the vouchers are valid for 1 year from issuance and are non-extendable. Shipping charges will not be refunded for the returned goods.

We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, fragrances and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Prepaid orders refunds will be done at source and POD / COD refunds will be done in bank account details shared while placing return request.

There will be no returns and refund for successfully delivered international orders.

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

Colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
