We all love the convenience of online shopping. We also agree that sometimes, clothes need to be returned. And while you get your refund after your returns, the environment pays a significant price - be it an increase in plastic use or higher CO₂ emissions amongst others - every time you hit that button. The good news is, the solution to help this situation is simple - reduce your returns. Learn More

Reduce your returns

We know it seems like a task, but here are 3 tips that will help you:

1. Read the product description carefully

This gives you all the information you need on the fabric, fit and everything else you want to know.

2. Check the size chart

Measure yourself every time you’re shopping for an outfit and choose a size based on the chart given. This way, not only will you know that you’re getting the perfect size, but also reduces the need to order multiple sizes to find the right fit for you.

3. Think and rethink

Consider whether your purchase is absolutely necessary at the time you are shopping. If it is something that can wait, reconsider your decision. It will help reduce the need to return an impulsive purchase.
